To be successful Contractors need to maximize productivity, while ensuring that performance in safety, compliance and customer care is met or exceeded. Having procedures, processes and tracking mechanisms in place to impact positive performance is the key.
Utility Companies often have difficulty in finding the right contractor(s) to perform their work that is cost effective, safety/compliance driven, and customer-focused, while being the right fit to share common goals and ensuring success for the future. This is where I come in. By setting up thorough criteria for the contractor selection process, creating and evaluating contractors’ performance metrics, and designing contractual agreements that strive on continual improvements, you can be certain that I’ll help identify the right contractor(s) for you.

Workload Management: Dispatched and scheduled all construction work for company and contractor crews. This involved effective planning and forecasting skills, analyzing historical data to forecast peak workload, ensuring capital budgets were met, manage customer concerns, creating a workload scheduling process and training all personal on the process.
